Shcll subcylindrical, \"cry pellucid, white, smooth, an<l glossy; spire concealcd, subumbilicate; aperture narrow, tcrminating in a rather acule base; outcr lip very thin, rising considerably above the body, an<l somewhat pointe<l; a fcw obsolete wrinkles abo,·e. Lenglh six- tcnths of an inch; diamcter four-tenths. Found in Plymouth Souncl, by Mr. Pridcaux. The aperture bcing so narrow, renclers thb contiuuation of the pillar invisible.
