Universidad de Chile Departamento de Ortopedia y Traumatología 251 Conclusión A pesar de las complicaciones que pueden surgir tras una artroplastia reversa de hombro, los avances en la técnica quirúrgica y el manejo postoperatorio han permitido mejorar significativamente los resultados y la calidad de vida de los pacientes. La identificación temprana y el tratamiento adecuado de las complicaciones pueden prevenir la necesidad de intervenciones adicionales y mejorar el pronóstico a largo plazo. La clave para un buen resultado radica en un enfoque multidisciplinario que incluya tanto a cirujanos ortopédicos como a fisioterapeutas, con un seguimiento cercano durante todo el proceso de recuperación.
